     Coaching with Charlotte always starts with clarifying your vision, purpose and values and then building in wealth of knowledge in how you can master your energies and find alignment. The focus is on the whole person and working with your energy. This means you can build self-confidence to make the decisions you want and conquer any limiting beliefs holding you back.

    She typically works with clients in a programme of 4-6 90-minute sessions in a cadence that suits them. These sessions can be a deep dive into a particular focus area or general support across multiple challenges that surface.
